Shift in My Mom’s cooking style? How about your mom?
Thanks to media and its reach, that somebody like my mom with more traditional roots, adopted varieties in her cooking that includes baby corn, capsicum, baby potato, spring onion, mushroom, paneer etc., a whole lot of nutritional mix in her preparation. Fried item on these would be her last resort as she is more health conscious. Her recipe list is comprehensive and I have included photos of some of the preparation that I made recently from that list.
I will soon present recipes of these preparation in my upcoming posts.
It would be interesting to know similar shift in cooking style that moms/young ladies have adopted in recent times.
